Rating agency RAEX (RAEX-Analytics) announced the results of the 2017 ranking of leading Russian appraisal companies. Nexia CIS became the second among more than 100 largest market players.
According to analysts, the results of ranking demonstrate stagnation in this market of intellectual services: The total volume of income of the largest Russian appraisal organizations amounted to 5.9 billion rubles, an increase of 2% over the year (against 12% growth noted by us in 2016 of the year).
Traditionally, the most capacious direction of appraisal companies remains the assessment of real estate - the total revenue in 2017 was 2.4 billion rubles, but its annual growth was only 1%. At the most noticeable rates, incomes increased in the direction of valuation of intangible assets and intellectual property.
Nexia CIS group ranks second in the business and securities valuation category and closes the the top three in the evaluation of investment projects, valuation of intangible assets and intellectual property and in the valuation of vehicles and equipment.
